Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were comfortable and clean, but they might need an update soon. The service was a bit mixed, with some staff being very helpful and friendly while others had complaints and seemed less accommodating. The location was convenient, but the need to charge for parking could be a downside. The dining experience was satisfactory, although there seemed to be some understaffing in the restaurant.
The executive suite was nice and comfortable, although the price was a bit high going directly through them. The service was professional and extremely nice, yet there was a slight delay in getting back to our room. The location was excellent, but some aspects felt exclusive to elite members. The dining experience was great overall but could use improvement in certain areas.
The hotel provided a huge and accommodating room that was clean and comfortable, although a bit dated. I had an excellent stay in a very quiet environment and would definitely come back again and recommend it to my friends and family.
